A little bit why…

It all started for me five years ago when I was on anti-depressants, eating frozen food, fast food, and drinking two Dr. Peppers a day. All this paired with a Monster or an assortment of energy drinks full of sugar, carbs, and words I cannot pronounce. After all this self-inflicted food abuse, my body had given up.
